Returns Policy – Plant Support

At Plant Support, all our products are made to order right here in Melbourne. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once production has started.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping or has a major defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

  2. Include clear photos of the problem and any packaging damage.

  3. We’ll respond promptly and guide you through the next steps.
